1.2 Booking & Appointments

• Appointments must be booked through our website or by contacting us directly.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete personal information when making a booking.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a service where information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

1.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Attending appointments on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

• Following practitioner advice regarding rehabilitation exercises and home programmes.

• Informing us of any relevant medical conditions, injuries or changes to your health prior to treatment.

1.4 Payment

• Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept card and online payments.

• Any alternative payment arrangements must be agreed in advance.

1.5 Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1.6 Liability

• Our liability in relation to the services provided will be limited to the value of the relevant services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

• We will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

1.7 Intellectual Property

All content available through the Fite Health Physiotherapy website, including text, images, graphics, branding and logos, is owned by us or used with appropriate permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
